Process


The IMS team offers customized solutions to its clients and the E2E recruitment process is categorically and broadly defined in the following stages:

Sourcing Relevant Applicants:
The E2E Consultants are technically trained to understand the varied aspects of industry-wise job specifications. They are adept at sourcing qualified professionals from various Job Boards through precise and explicit search strings. Their proficiency to work across numerous permutations and combinations of search strings with relevant key words, enable them to identify matching profiles from the Job Boards. Apart from Job Boards, IMS deploys refined and technically competent Passive Search Techniques and head-hunting methodologies across various search engines and professional and social networking websites.

Prescreening Relevant Applicants:
Upon recognizing relevant profiles through various sources, IMS consultants deliver services of first level telephonic interviews to gauge candidates’ availability and their willingness to change for a new position. They then gather candidates’ information such as their present salary, expected salary, qualifications, present extra benefits, and expected benefits. IMS consultants are competent and technically trained towards handling the candidates’ queries, screening their skill-sets and selling jobs to the candidates deemed most suitable. Apart from a pre-formatted set of screening questions made available by the client for each role, IMS utilizes its expertise by re-designing a prescreening process, if required.

Candidate Submission:
IMS registers all screened and suitable candidates through a comprehensive in-house tracking mechanism, to create a database for reference and a talent pool for the future. All the selected candidates are submitted to the clients using a standard reporting format. A process-driven mechanism is followed to receive and record the feedback on each candidate.

Arranging Interviews:
Once approved by the client, IMS plays a vital role in educating and preparing the qualified candidates based on the job description and key responsibility areas. IMS follows its process- protocols and coordinates all stages of the recruitment process with the candidates to ensure a seamless interview process. During this period, IMS consultants constantly act as an interface between the candidates and clients, ensuring that any issues and queries from either side are dealt with professionally, in order to build an effective client-candidate relationship.

Candidate Transition:
IMS deploys services towards inducting candidates into an organization by providing personalized attention to the candidate’s and client’s objectives and consultants work towards ensuring effective vision-alignment with the employer. This not only gives our clients the confidence and comfort in the candidate’s induction, but also gives us a competitive edge in developing a platform to understand the perspective of the candidates and employers.
